Tri-County Employee Assistance Program has been successfully helping employers and employees in Summit County and surrounding areas since 1980.

The organization was originally founded to help union members deal with drug and alcohol concerns. Over the years, though, Tri-County Employee Assistance Program has evolved to address a much wider range of needs for both union and non-union employees, as well as their dependents.

In August of 2005, we became a division of Greenleaf Family Center, a reputable organization that has been serving local families since 1912. This affiliation has further enhanced the services we provide.
